Walters) I brewed a hearty cherry stout ale on the day that Island Bound was hauled out to mark (and commiserate?) the official end of our 2012 sailing season. " Haul Out Stout " seems like a fitting name for this beer. Now that fermentation, bottling, and bottle conditioning are complete, we cracked open a few bottles recently and had a taste. Memorable and delicious...just like our sailing season!
